This will be a 15-30 minute class on 3 Poses to Reduce Back Pain.
A well rounded yoga practice helps to keep us healthy. In this mini session, you will learn three poses that can help you reduce back pain. If you are new to yoga, this can help you get started on a life long adventure to keep your back healthy. If you are a yoga expert or a yoga teacher, this session will fine tune and add to your repertoire.
