Diana Isaacs PharmD, BCPS, BC-ADM, CDE

Diana Isaacs, Pharm.D., BCPS, BC-ADM, CDE, is a Clinical Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Chicago State University College of Pharmacy (CSU-COP). In addition to teaching, Dr. Isaacs works as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in ambulatory care at the Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital where she treats patients with diabetes. Dr. Isaacs is also working on NIH funded research in the area of medication adherence.

Dr. Isaacs has received multiple awards for her teaching and leadership including Preceptor of the Year, Teaching of the Year, and New Practitioner Leadership award.
