Power-Flow yoga is for those who want to take it to the next level! It is an exhilarating Ashtanga Vinyasa style class designed to tone your body, improve flexibility, increase coordination and sculpt your muscle while relieving stress and supporting inner calmness.
Classes emphasize linking our movements with our breath to create a flowing, energetic experience of meditation-in-motion. Each class engages proper breathing and spinal alignment as the key areas of foci. You will leave feeling awake and aware, energized and revitalized, cleansed, grounded and connected to your core, breath, body, mind, and heart. Each class presents modifications for all levels of ability, needs and requests of participants.
