Learn how to recover and prevent burnout from a holistic approach with the use of lab work to help focus treatment and track progress. The Biopsychosocial-spiritual framework will be used to guide the course. The pathophysiology of the various hormones will be reviewed, and information to help harmonize the hormones with use of nutrition, supplements, mindset, sleep, movement and more!
