Sitting for long periods can soften and weaken your glute muscles, and leave the core and back areas compromised. With simple yoga positions and targeted activation exercises, you will learn to utilize these strong muscles in sitting and standing postures. Wear comfy clothes to move in. 15-20 min duration.
