Absolutely Marvelous. Over the last few months, I have felt so very heavy, dense and thickly emotionally weary, her Live class was very light, gentle, thorough and soothing. Just simply wonderful and what was needed for my heart at this time. I feel so strongly calm, centered, and grounded within my heart again, as if naturally back into my own form. She was simply delightful, and I look forward to more learn it live classes with her.
